They were doing nothing wrong, even the cops ignored them and they were right next to the Marshal’s office too
Not a matter of right or wrong but how they are affecting others with their demonstration - and that is what it is. Not a matter of legal or illegal.
Do the folks around them feel safer or worried? Why would they feel that way?
