Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly's gun control group, Americans for Responsible Solutions, is demanding Iowa state Senator Joni Ernst (R) apologize for making pro-2nd Amendment comments the week after Elliot Rodger's stabbed three people to death before fatally shooting three others.

This is 20 years of appeals. 24 YRS SINCE THE CRIME. TOOK ONLY THE DNA TO PROVE WHO DID IT, #1 SUSPECT. DNA & confession proved he raped, strangled to death with her OWN SHOE LACES 8 year old Ashley ‘Nicki’ Read and then threw her body in the river. Even helped hunt for what was thought to be a missing child.
"According to the Quad-City Times, Ernst raised the ire of gun control proponents during a May 29 debate when she responded to a question about "high-profile shootings" by saying, "Just because of a horrible, horrible tragedy, I don't believe we should be infringing on people's 2nd Amendment rights."
At one point, she described the stabbings and shootings as an "unfortunate accident" and said those who want to criticize her answers are simply playing "gotcha politics" following the attacks.
Here's a better answer: "When bad guys have guns, they are always stopped by good guys with guns." It the most recent case of a disturbed man murdering and injuring people with knives, a car and a gun, he was stopped by police with guns.
The public has become safer with the spread of concealed carry weapons laws, specifically from these deranged spree killers. The bad guys with guns are more likely to be stopped quicker, when law-abiding Americans are armed.
The gun control people prefer to have Americans unarmed and defenseless. They support policies that will kill more Americans.

I think that Gabby should apologize to Mr. Martinez and others for not doing more to repeal the Second Amendment. If she only did that, then Joni wouldn’t have a leg to stand on and gun control could be the law of the land. Instead she weasels around it.
And yes, the Constitution does TRUMP killings, even mass killings. If you (i.e., Democrats) don’t like that, then change the Constitution.
Uh, ineffective? Obviously, gaffy and mark kelley-gophers need to raise more dough.
