I think firearms should be banned in urban areas, too — mainly because urban areas in this country are so fouled up and rabidly leftist that I don’t even consider them part of America anymore.

Not really in my estimation. There are so many people out there comparing the US to Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia or North Korea, etc. Nazi Germany extinguished the lives of millions of people during WW2 - actually set up death factories to accomplish it (read Auschwitz, the book) How is it that America is compared to that regime??? If Carson has the courage of his convictions, facts and logic maybe he can explain better the analogy of the comparison.
