doesn’t matter if sterling was talking about adam silver and his pet goat, the NBA is playing PC tyrant and should not get away with this.

The legality of illegality of the recording is a matter for the police. The NBA can use whatever information they want to make their decisions.

Luckily companies still have freedoms to do as they wish. I know some want communism and rules to keep people they don’t want but that seems like unions where folks that are not worthy to work at the place must be kept. I thought we were done with that. The NBA does not want Sterling anymore. Isn’t that enough for a private company?
