If I could remember enough chemistry I might illustrate this better but if the objective is to reduce Co2 (I guess) and you burn more fuel then don’t you somehow emit the same amounts of Co2? Probably more because you have to transport more liquid.

He thinks it is an example of how weather is not a factor but bioengineering is the reason. Actually it is the amount of acreage being planted in corn to fuel the ethonol fake boom.
