What the heck kind of charge is “Injury to the Elderly?” How about assault? This unnamed black kid is 6’3,” 325 pounds according to the video. The cowardly jackass, otherwise known as the ‘unnamed minor,’ shoved and pushed the 66-year-old, white substitute teacher until he finally knocked her violently to the ground, flat on her back. The teacher took his cell phone from him because he was using it. Using a cell phone in the classroom is not allowed by the school. He was unhappy and the animals in the classroom were having a lot of fun.
The school is Nimitz High School in the Aldine School District, near and in Houston, Texas.
In Texas, “assault” means:
• intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly cause bodily injury to another,
• intentionally or knowingly threaten another with imminent bodily injury, or
• intentionally or knowingly cause physical contact with another when he knows or should reasonably believe that the other will regard the contact as offensive or provocative.
I’m pretty sure the bully-boy knew the teacher would “reasonably” believe this contact with her to be both “offensive” and “provocative.”
Aggravated assault should also be appropriate, as using or exhibiting a “deadly weapon” might Anything weighing 325 pounds can be a deadly weapon.
The teacher was taken out of the school wearing a neck brace. She doesn’t want to talk about it and doesn’t want to be interviewed.

The teacher was white, so it must have been her fault somehow!
He can’t be suspended or expelled until we first suspend 10 white kids for drawing pictures of guns, playing hangman, or eating pop tarts in a funny way.
And hopefully, of of this punk’s roommates in the big house, who loves his own mother and hates black bullies who pick on white elderly females, will beat the hell out of this black thug. I can only hope this happen, or worse.

Injury to elderly is a lot more serious than simple assault. It’s a felony.
1968. Just graduated. Taught Biology at MCKENZIE, all-black Detroit inner-city high school. Jumped in hallway between classes by two thugs I had stopped from beating up a girl in the cafeteria the day before. Never saw it coming as hallway was full of kids. Took several punches to the face and kicked me when I dropped. Two gym teachers hauled them off me. They were arrested. Arraignment before judge. John confers was their lawyer. He started to say how I had started the fight and was a racist. Judge told him to STFU. Guilty. This has been going on for years. I could tell you about shootings, rapes, beatings, school takeovers, trashing of entire schools, attempted hangings of a principal and teachers. The reason I went back to grad school!

Give him a break. He’s just a minor and one of 0bama’s sons.
Where I was, the teacher behaved inappropriately. First, try to diffuse the situation with humor....when the kid says he's talking to his mamma, say you want to talk to mamma about the lesson were doing (etc). The child still refuses, call security to take the phone and put it in safe-keeping. Then continue the lesson until security arrives.
The thug assaults the child? File a report with the school, of course. But also file a police report. If the child has a record, it just might get him locked up in juvie, instead of getting an inschool suspension or whatever.
I feel for people who do this job. There's a lot of positive to it for seniors who want a varied and never dull job, but there's a lot of risk.
Imagine the charges if the races were reversed.
