Hawaii’s ObamaCare exchange, the Hawaii Health Connector, costs the nation’s taxpayers the most per enrollee, according to a new study by Kaiser Health.

Hawaii’s exchange, which has just more than 8,500 people registered, has a tab of about $23,899 per person.

Former U.S. Rep. Charles Djou, D-Hawaii, noted Hawaii’s enrollment cost is 26 times the national average, 2 1/2 times the cost for the second most expensive state, North Dakota.

According to the study, just 8,500 Hawaii residents signed up for the Hawaii Health Connector, while 150,000 people are needed to make the program self-sustainable.

Is the Hawaii FBI investigating this? Contractors? State employees? This money went somewhere and a full accounting must be made. Has anyone been indicted? Anyone?

Crash and burn....

Wouldn’t it have been cheaper to have just BOUGHT a major medical policy outright, and set up a medical savings account for, say, $10,000, for the individual, and just GIVEN title to the enrollee?

But the economics of this whole boondoggle just escape me altogether.

FYI, Hawaii has a long history of association with communism and the international intrigues of our behind-the-scenes rulers, the financial elites.

I believe the GAO is investigating Hawaii and 5 other states for accountability on what they did with the money.

The Chicago mob is all about rewarding friends and penalizing enemies.

This is a great example.

With the media acting as cheerleader/facilitor, why not?

Thanks. But there are 6 states with totally worthless Obamacare platforms managed by State Workers that wasted $834 million hard-earned taxpayer dollars and the GAO cannot bring criminal charges. My personal view is there is no way to urinate off that much money without CRIMINAL FRAUD. I want a DOJ/FBI investigation but know Holder and his Chicago mafia won’t do a dang thing.

Rant over.

Yes, I want people to go to jail also.

The first step would be, though, for the GAO to uncover the facts. Then criminal trials could take place.

Don't know if that will happen...we'll see.
