The problem with Mark's recommendation to bring these folks in front of a Grand Jury is that it would require DOJ to form one up and prosecute, present evidence and recommend indictment.
And absent a Special Prosecutor that's not going to happen until AT LEAST 2017 if a Conservative is elected POTUS then.
