data would reveal the identity of an undercover law enforcement officer can be kept private.

He was questioned and released after officers learned he was an ATF agent who was carrying proper credentials.
Does that mean charges were dropped because he was law enforcement?

Worst case scenario....he’ll be allowed to retire with a full pension.Or,perhaps,he’ll be allowed to retire with a disability pension...no taxes.Hell,he might even be cited for bravery.
To: TurboZamboni
Maybe he saw a dog in a car.

what part of ‘proper credentials’ allows for brandishing of a gun at a motorist on a highway? If it had been someone protecting cows, they would have locked him up and thrown away the key, carry permit or no.

....speaking of jackbooted lowlifes, was at a stoplight this morning and looked over at an SUV that said “Police” on the side and was covered with Dept of Homeland Security seals... since when does DOHS have “police” in a central TX town?? Anyone know about DOHS Police? tia

Does that mean charges were dropped because he was law enforcement? It means there WERE no charges, because he's not a peasant.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

They drive around doing random car searches, mainly looking for cash. If they find any they’ll steal it.

He probably caught sight of an arrowhead collector or rodeo clown in the car.
There are lots of possible explanations.
Perhaps the guy was on his way to delivering RAW MILK, for example.
Or maybe the driver was a plumber. Or a neurosurgeon. Or the DAD of a neurosurgeon. Or a dim-witted, youTube film-maker.
Or maybe a really sharp, conservative film-maker.
Lots of possibilities —more all the time, in fact.

...where a motorist called police to report that another driver was displaying a gun. Agent Asshat is lucky. There really are a lot of people who would have just shot him or run him off the road for that.

DHS is everywhere now. Why do they get to put ‘POLICE’ on their vehicles though? They’re not police they are FedMob agents.

I’ve seen those in St.Paul as well. Probably just the local spy data PRISM center.
