I don’t waste a lot of time being angry about this stuff. I keep abreast of it, hope for the best and keep pushing forward.

Besides the Tiger game is on.

Infinitely more Rat votes for this than there were GOP votes for Obamacare.

Since it was more than 1 ‘Rat, this is clearly a bipartisan vote.

If five Republicans had voted for ObamaCare, the MSM would be saying that it "had been passed by a bipartisan majority of both houses of Congress."

The vote refers the contempt charges to the local U.S. attorney, who will decide whether to bring them before federal court.

Lerner, the former head of an IRS division that oversaw tax-exempt groups, could face up to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine if found guilty of the charges.

Mmmkay.

So she is now a certified, official poopy-head. End of story.

Exactly, and 0bama, Reid and Pelosi are proud in saying “it’s settled law.” They say this is a lot to do about nothing...hypocrites.

But Republicans say she waived those rights by claiming her innocence in an opening statement...

Not exactly. She waived her rights by invoking the Fifth and then continuing to make statements on certain chosen topics. You really don't get to do that even if you work for the Executive.

Agreed...I’m no lawyer but what really seems outrageous to me about this is she tries to take the 5th with Congress but spills her guts to Holder’s DOJ.

Looks like it was a bi-partisan vote to me.

Witch Hunt? She’s right there! Either start the barbecue or toss her in the lake and see if she floats.

Other than displaying a backbone, this doesn’t really mean anything, does it? Nothing is accomplished.

Another meaningless vote, like the contempt vote for Holder. Issa and Boner are de-balled.

So... what would you rather have seen today??

Anything except posturing by the GOP which has a track record of being unwilling/unable to successfully prosecute lawlessness in this administration and using constant threats as an election ploy.
