Back Home they used to hang a goat up in the front yard cut it’s throat and then skin it and cook it and have big Fiesta!! The old ladies on the block were like super Po’ed every year! Some because the kids in the neighborhood saw the goat slaughtered.

Glad I noticed this post, not having tacos until Tues, but I would have forgotten to have a glass of tequila today! And tequila is always best just over ice, anything else ruins the flavor.
