Note: My asswipe Senator from PA, Arlen Toomey (that was intentional), sponsored gun control legislation with Manchin and Schumer. He lost my vote then. A vote for JF Kerry is reason to be hung.
I suggest that everyone that voted for Kerry's confirmation is declared brain dead and should never hold office again. Yes, that casts a wide net than includes Mike Lee, Marco Rubio and others. Perhaps they were so F'n stupid or lazy that they were not paying attention when John F'n Kerry was being Swift boated. That in itself is reason to never vote for them ever again.
No he won’t.
Mike Lee is a surprise, though.
Trying to be positive now. The nays came from Cornyn, Cruz and Inhofe. Now we can play the game: which one of these is not like the other. (BTW, subscribe that most legislators are not competent to be President. ) Cruz may be an exception.
I was surprised by Lee as well. It is telling. That is why i put this up as an acid test. The history is known with Kerry. I cannot imagine voting for him. It violates all of my principles. My principles do not match those of Lee or most other Republicans in the Senate, including two that voted against Kerry.
Both of my TX Senators voted NAY!
Year in and Year out republicans keep voting for these asshats.
Both of my TX Senators voted NAY!
Sorry for the double post! Messing with 2 laptops and trying to watch a documentary at the same time!
Both of my Georgia RINO scumbags voted YEA.
These Republican senators who voted in favor of John Kerry were fully aware of his philosophy and his propensities as well as his history but they voted for him nevertheless so that they in their turn would be supported by Democrats. They then turned to the electorate say, "the president is entitled to his team on foreign affairs, politics stop at the water's edge" etc.
The truth is that these politicians were once again favoring their own interest at the cost of to our interest and the national interest.
What kind of nation puts an admitted war criminal like Genghis Kerry into a job like Secretary of State?
Why oh why do freepers see stuff coming a mile away that others ignore? I mean, how could you NOT know that JFK was a freakin’ mega-moron when it came to foreign policy. It was as obvious as a baseball bat smacking your cranium.
A lot of Republicans willing to make a traitor the Sec State.
