Sarah Palin was asked to respond to Jeb Bush’s recent comments that illegals are here out of an ‘act of love’. Palin responded:

I think that anybody who breaks a law in America as their first action, putting their first foot on our homeland illegally, it may be an act of love from their heart but it’s illegal. They’re called illegal immigrants for a reason.

I sympathize with the plight of Mexicans. But the solution should be to help them create a better life in Mexico. Not tear down America to help them.

We can't afford to let in just anyone who wants to come to America. And it's not fair to let the Mexicans come in, just because they are close to the border.

The perspectives of many Mexicans on the proper relationship of individuals to the government is detrimental to our freedoms, I believe. They also tolerate vast corruption in government.

Jeb can’t control himself when the issue of illegals, Hispanics or amnesty arises.

Then he’s like Obama when the teleprompter breaks.

That’s when he goes off script and shows his true colors.

Why is this even an issue???? Why are we even talking about immigration? the focus should be the disparity of incomes created in Obama’s America. We have criminal element in the White House, who has turned all regulatory agencies into a pay to play scam, and our children’s neighborhoods are inundated with cheap deadly heroin. The DEA is MIA. 100 deaths per day in America and Drug legalization is blazing through society with $billions of Soros’ money. My family is from South America and this is exactly what a Narco Nation looks like. The ATF has given Mexican cartels arsenals of weapons. We now have an epidemic number of overdose deaths, that exceeds that of car crashes, and the FED sees no evil. It is Obama’s America we should be focusing on. Why arent we focusing on American children?

I sympathize with the plight of Mexicans.

I don't. That's their problem, not mine.

I sympathize with the plight of Mexicans.

My BIL is from Honduras and a well respected Oncologist here in S.E. Michigan......he's now a naturalized citizen.

He had two nephews back in Honduras that suffered thru 10 years of govt bureaucracy before they could finally obtain a Visa just to visit us here............

Because they will not rest until American children are anything but American. How many times have they been told NO by the American people regarding amnesty? Yet, every year, here it is.

“I don't. That's their problem, not mine.”

Had that very discussion this weekend. My comment was it has become our problem because we let it be and are abetting it. No welfare, no bennies of any kind, no instate tuition, no nothing...they will self deport. We displaced the Cherokee years ago, the trail of tears, and little was thought of the fact they were here. Why do we care about a horde who illegally arrived and stayed. I don't want a central American barrio in my back yard and I don't want to pay for it somewhere else. Hasta la Vista.

Is it an act of love when illegal aliens take the job of a U.S. citizen or a LEGAL alien?
That’s the proper response.

Would it be an “act of love” if some illegals squatted in Jeb Bush’s house?

My boss is married to a Mexican woman, has been for almost 40 years. When I bring up illegal immigration he usually says “America stole lands from Mexico”...you know like New Mexico, California, Texas, Arizona, etc.

This is how Democrats/ and Liberals think...justify allowing illegals into the country.

I wish some Republicans with gonads would make posters of Mexico’s immigration laws and how they treat illegals to their country. Pay for an ad, for posters, repeat Mexico’s laws every time they are asked about illegals here in United States. But alas, never will happen.

She should have said that “Even if it is an ‘act of love’ for Mexican citizens to want to live in America, there are truly a vast number of citizens of other countries that want to live here too, as an ‘act of love’.

“The trouble is that if ‘love’ is not consensual, it is harassment, stalking, and downright creepy. Eventually it becomes rape. And while you may want to civilize the rapist, to bring him into polite society, while he might think is act is of ‘love’, the rest of us here still think of it as rape.”
