Why is it the governments business what a private company compensates its employees? I can see this one going all the way to the SCOTUS.

I think that Texas Governor Rick Perry himself, fully supports this, for California.

Holy Marx, I wonder where they got that idea?

Wonder if this law would apply to the ultra liberal but extremely well compensated film and music artists?

Yeah, we could figure some Hollywood sleaze star's 20 million a picture against the extra's five bucks for the day.

That should get the star, studio and producer up to the 110% tax bracket.

They are private businesses. The commies should leave them alone. As a matter of fact, the commies should leave everyone alone.

Has everyone noticed the State of New York ads practically begging businesses to come there? What a laugher...chase them away with your IDIOTIC policies and then beg them to come back. Choke on it losers.

California legislators are adept at killing capitalism — which produces all the tax revenues these Marxists urinate away.

So they’re going to kill off revenue. CA will have to resort to threats to surrounding states to give them water and energy much the way the Norks do to other countries?

I wonder how this can be enforced with out of state CEOs, or does this mean every company has to move out of state?

You'd think Bay Area politicians would try harder to keep that Silicon Valley tax base.

Mother Russia has a 13% flat tax.

That's darn near just the sales tax in some liberal states.
