And perhaps you missed the part where SCOTUS ruled that requiring western teritories cede the unappropriated lands to the US Government as part of their application for admission as a state was constitutional.

It is the obligation of every American to resist Tyranny from our own Government.
We lose if we don't fight back.

If you’re working your way up to a max-power load there is a test you might like to do to check how efficient your “burn” is. We use a plywood frame with a hole cut in it just slightly smaller than a sheet of white typing paper. Staple a sheet over the hole and fire thru the paper with the frame about a foot in front of the muzzle. Too close and you’ll blow away the paper unless you have a flash hider but when you find a distance that doesn’t blow the paper you’ll get a check on whether all your powder is burning. We use this test more to help check efficiency of recoil reducers but it’s also a simple check on whether you’re wasting powder.——carry on——Semper Fi

As soon as you add “organization”to “militia” you are saying more, and making it more complex than was intended. Militia is simply all the able-bodied folks. And this cowboy is indeed “well-regulated” all by himself. Armed to the teeth and prepared to not take cheep krap from gummint brownshirts or anyone else who might feel the urge to screw with my space without paperwork from a damm good judge.

You’re disturbingly enthusiastic about worshipping at the altar of the “Supreme” Court.

The same court that ruled it’s constitutional for one man to own another as property.

The same court that ruled it’s constitutional to rend unborn babies limb-from-limb if they’re inconvenient.

The same court that ruled that by declining to engage in interstate commerce, you’re affecting interstate commerce, and it’s constitutional for the Federal government to regulate you under it’s interstate-commerce powers.

Their rulings may be the “Law of the Land”, but that doesn’t necessarily make them right.

You’re free to continue to worship the black-robed despots if you wish, and I’ll form my opinion of you accordingly.

I am a unashamed Constitutionalist and while SCOTUS has ruled in ways that are not acceptable to the current society standards, their rulings ARE the law of the land.

If you don’t like the rulings, change them - via the methods that are allowed for in the Constitution. Either amend the Constitution or vote for those that will replace the judges with opinions more to your liking.

That is the rule of law in this nation. It is the fundamental belief that the People via the Constitution and all three branches empowered there in, establishes the means by which society avoids the extremes of either anarchy and despotism.

... vote for those that will replace the judges with opinions more to your liking.

Yeah, that worked so well in reversing the Dred Scott decision.

Voting will not get us out of this.

f no valid ground for ownership, they must sell it back to the states

If they don't OWN it, how can they SELL it?

No, it's generally recognized that the federal government purchased and owns the land in the Bundy dispute.

The issue is one of continued ownership and control by the federal government under the Constitution. Any land the Feds own without clear Constitutional reasons needs to be sold off.
