CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Secretary of State Ross Miller says a woman has been arrested on two felony charges for allegedly using a false identity to register to vote and casting ballots in two elections.
Miller late Friday announced the arrest of Ortencia Segura in California.
A complaint filed by the attorney general’s office says Segura registered to vote in Washoe County in August 2008 and provided identification with the name of Marisela Reyna. Authorities confirmed she voted in the 2008 and 2010 elections.
Authorities say information from the Justice Department show Segura was arrested in 2012 and deported for filing a false statement on a passport application. They say she also had a false Nevada driver’s license, prompting the investigation.
Miller says Segura was arrested Thursday for entering the country illegally.

Illegal alien voting in Virginia in 2006 defeated George Allen and turned the Senate over to the Democrats and Harry Reid.
In Minnesota it gave the Senate seat to Frankenstein.
In California it let Sanchez beat Bob Dornan.

There is a criminal syndicate operating in Nevada. Those involved get illegal aliens to register vote, and then get them to vote. In close elections Nevada can be counted on electing Democrats—now we know why—the UNIONS are involved, like ACORN, in violating our election law. The bigger question is why those involved are not indicted on on their way to prison? Then the next question is, if this is being done by Nevada unions, are California unions doing the same?

I’m surprised it was only twice, with Dems, they usually make people vote at least 20 times for a Dem candidate
I was just under voting age in the 1960 election but I worked tirelessly for the Nixon campaign. The Nixon of 1960 was still a fierce Conservative and a fighter of communism, quite unlike the moderate of 1968. It was the same with Barry Goldwater, whom I cast my first vote for in 1964. Like Nixon, Goldwater became part of the establishment in later years to the point where his Conservatism transformed into something almost unrecognizable to me.
JFK does have his "fans" even here on Free Republic. I suspect many of them are younger people who have been indoctrinated with the myth to the extent that the reality is discarded. It was FDR who set America on the wrong course and JFK/LBJ who continued that path. I firmly believe that had Nixon assumed the office to which he was entitled based on the actual vote count, the socialism of FDR would be been arrested.
Once he identifies himself as being a low information, sleaze bag Obama voter they’ll let him go and put his @$$ on the Freeway to “Citizenship”. The commie ‘RATS love people who like to vote more than once.
