Seriously, if people want to bash themselves on their insteps repeatedly with claw hammers for fun, I am bound and determined to let them, and not care one whit if they cripple themselves.
There is not a single, legitimate argument that anyone can make that for some magical reason, they have the authority to make the hammer-bashers stop.
If it’s not your foot, and not your hammer, it is not your business. So butt out.
But it is my business that when driving there is some idiot coming the other way saying out loud “Oh Man,” “Far Out,” “Like Wow!”

in the real world addicts of all kinds accidentally and/ordeliberately kill, rob,assault, hurt others physically and emotionally, lose jobs,can’t keep jobs, destroy families.
well, having a bunch of self inflicted losers who then are a drain on society, cannot perform work right, cannot think right, cannot make judgements right...and you demand that society PREVENT STOPPING this self abuse is actually Desireable???
