Video: Toddler made to smoke 'spliff' in bathroom in shocking film posted on web

A shocking video has appeared on the web apparently to show a toddler being made to smoke a marijuana joint.

The video, posted using the Vine phone app, captures a boy who looks no more than two-years-old being handed the cigarette in a bathroom.

Completely oblivious to what is happening, he inhales the rolled-up cigarette and exhales smoke.

At least one man's voice can be heard laughing and shouting: "He's smoking it!"

It is not known if the adult involved is a relative of the boy or not.

The appalling video, believed to have been taken in the US, has been widely shared on social networks with many asking if the police should be made aware.

There’s a corollary here.

When guns are used to, say, shoot up an elementary school, the antis come out and talk about the evil gun.

So here we an (alleged) adult doing something unconscionable (having a toddler smoke a joint) and the antis come out talk about the evil weed.

It’s the people, not the thing.

But maybe if we outlaw the thing, the people won’t do bad anymore. (yea, right).

Try teaching this crew. They are so burned out by jr. high you can forget it. They start smoking at 7 or 8 and continue from there.
And with the new high stakes testing WE are responsible for them passing. If not no money and possible firing. BTW I'm non union and make about $700.00 more than new first year teachers who just got a big raise. I've been here 10 years.
