Look at the video stopped at the milliseconds leading up to the impact-—the motorist DID NOT “STRIKE” the boy, THE BOY intentionally darted INTO THE SIDE OF THE PASSING TRUCK—he did not run into the front of the truck. There was nothing the driver could do to prevent the boy from hitting the side of his truck.
This was clearly nothing more than a ghetto YUTE being coached on how to try to win the lawsuit settlement lottery. And then the “good folk” who were with and near the boy beat the driver into a brain damaged condition (at best, and possibly beaten into an ultimate death). This is so despicable and EVIL on so many levels.
Why the hell aren’t the corrupt Detroit cops trying to find out who was coaching the little low-IQ kid to run into the truck?

Look, Holder has said that he will exercise “discretion” as to what laws to enforce so why not give the Brothers a whole year to work out their aggression problems, which they blame on Bush, by the way.

I guess it’s nice to see a Black being charged with a “hate” crime, but it still begs the point that “hate” crimes are a bad deal and should be taken off the books.

Probably because he is a minor and will get out of the pokey despite the charges against him when he turns 21.
Nobody will know about it because he is is a minor.
They knew this was a hate crime, so they chose the easy way.
