How about a hilarious show where an American loses his construction job to an illegal alien next door neighbor, that has a better house and car? He collects welfare under 5 different Social Security numbers and brings home steaks every day while the American eats Ramen noodles and can't find a job.

I'm laughin’ already! /sarq

The last good series that I can recall was Law and Order (1990 - 2000) and I never even saw the show until it was in reruns.

lol

I tried to watch that a couple of times, but it just didn't capture my interest. Nor did any of the half-dozen or so spin-offs.

Some of the cable channels have had some decent series. They tend to have fewer episodes and are split into two short seasons.

Justified, Hell on Wheels, Burn Notice, Common Law, Copper, Dark Blue, Kings, Political Animals, Southland, Standoff. Those are just some that I enjoyed and have.

Ever see the "infomercials" for the Carrol Burnett Show, Dean Martin Show, Celebrity Roasts, etc?
I watch them all the time because they're 1000% better than what's on today.

I won’t watch any of those, and I bet I’m not the only one.

You're not. All they have to do to get a clue is watch some All in the Family reruns. Ditch PC, make fun of liberals of every stripe and it would be a smash hit. I guarantee it.

Just a no-reason bump to an old idea I had.
