My question is this — Exactly what punitive power does Congress have?

When they hold someone in contempt and the person continues to be defiant, what can Congress do?

Congress has no police capability; however, it has the purse strings to eviscerate any other branch of government that opposes it. If only it had the will.

The House of Representatives Sergeant at Arms should be called in to place the subject under arrest. Just like he did with Lois Lerner..I mean should have done.
