Read the comments section of the article, the British library press office has left a message stating the supposed ban was simply an error due to filters and access to the site has been restored at the BL.

Lot of hot air frankly. Pipes is another US blogger/writer who love to boast of being banned by the Limeys, playing the martyr card.
