I had, back in 66, a 64 Impala SS with the best engine ever built the 283. It was overall light blue and blue interior. It was factory 3 speed on the column but I put a Hurst Shifter in on the floor. Traded it for a NEW 67 GTO.
I woulda died to have the 409 back then! First big block ever, I think.

Mine's a non SS with a 327 and the the old school powerglide. You're sitting on a gold mine, and SS w/ a 409 in any condition is worth big $$$.
