House Intel Committee Chair Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) told TIME magazine this week that the Obama administration knows where the Benghazi Al-Qaeda terrorists are hiding but refuses to go after them.
We have numerous people that we know participated in the Benghazi attacks affiliated with al-Qaeda that are still on the battlefield. We have the capacity to get them but there’s no planning to get them. We have other serious al-Qaeda threats that normally we would take off the battlefield, but because of this Administration’s more kinder, gentler approach we have not done that.

Possibly won’t go get them because they know what happened to the 400 surface to air missiles that went missing during Benghazi.
Or the $6 billion dollars that disappeared from the State Department; there are so many things Americans might be shocked to learn.

How do you independently investigate POTUS and his posse? However you do it, those in complicity should be prosecuted upon evidence of probable cause.

Here is a third way a "stand down" policy was implemented IMO.

That goes along with my contention: he refused to fight off the screaming bearded terrorists, and allowed Americans to die, so as to not anger his true buddies.
I submit that the last thing Obama wants is for these guys to be questioned about that night.
I’m sure Obama would go after them - to enlist in our military in return for citizenship if he can pass that law. And if it leads to more “workplace violence” or “gun violence” at Ft. Hood, Obama will consider that a political bonus.
Obama will not rest until he is done with golf, vacays, and fundraisers, until justice is served.
