KALISPELL, MT, April 3, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) -- In January, the owner of the only abortion clinic in Flathead County, Montana was told that she had 90 days to move her business off of the premises. Little did she know the new owners of the building where her clinic was located were Michelle Reimer, Executive Director of pro-life pregnancy center Hope Pregnancy Ministries, and her husband.

Montana does tend to be conservative.
Maybe Chick-Fil-A or another business owned by a billionaire Christian should do this tactic elsewhere.
Just planting some seeds for thought...
Its been done in several places already.
Yes. The article mentions some of them.
“Its been done in several places already.”
While it may be inconvenient to move, does it actually stop them?
Matthew 6:19-21
19 Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Awesome!
Its caused a couple to close down and cost others a lot of money to move.
In one of them they ended up publishing pictures of what was found after they moved out. The drains were clogged with medical waste and baby parts.
I should start a rumor that the Koch Bros. are buying the Capitol.
The new owners had better be ready because the IRS will be on them like holy on the pope.
HA!

People frequently say about something (that usually costs the taxpayers a bundle) “if it saves just one life...” Generally, they’re wrong. But in this case it’s worth it. When I looked up the actual numbers (over 55,000,000) at the time, I was so stunned that this was happening here that I just sat and stared at the wall for a long while. Gosh, an American holocaust that puts the Nazis to shame. Who would have thought?
Iirc there was a big one in Fairfax VA that had to shut down due to the revised medical facility. They tried for a couple other locations, but even the über libs in Fairfax didn’t want any such facility near them and threw up all sorts of hurdles.
30 years ago in Fort Lauderdale there was a man who had a terrible dining experience at a restaurant. Not satisfied with the managers response, the man bought the property, leveled it and made it a parking lot.
I know where that is, used to see it leaving the base in Bellevue, NE.
The free enterprise and private property systems work....
....until a Federal judge rules otherwise.
Countdown beginning.
If the lease ended, the owner can do what he wants with the property as long as it does not violate things like zoning laws and health and safety issues.
Do they call gas chambers, “clinics”?
My impression is that folks in Montana tend more toward libertarianism than conservatism.
Some libertarians are pro-life, but many are pro-baby-killing.
I am not so sure MT tends conservative - they had D senators forever and a guy got 30 days for child rape
