Looks like a test case to get them back into the courts.

Absolutely a test case. It was inevitable. Lawsuit in 3...2...1...Go!

If the BSA thinks that just because they sold out on the gay scout thing that this is going to buy them favor, they are sadly mistaken. The radical homosexuals are going to fly all over them; they won’t know what hit them.

Selling your soul to the devil is never a good idea.

Yep, everyone knew this would happen.
It’s just happening a bit faster than I expected.
I figured they’d give it a year before suing to get gay leaders.

Or, they’d wait until one of the “graduates” from the prior decision sued to be a scout leader.

Parents - put your boys in Trail Life and be done with it.

I don’t think there’ll be a need for any lawsuit though...with the announcement that Robert Gates is soon to be the President of the BSA, the change will happen from within and soon.

The BSA is committing suicide...

This jackwagon got removed because he was being an activist of sorts...if he had kept his yap shut, they’d have probably never known or looked the other way...the BSA has made its bed by pursuing corporate $$. The quid pro quo was that corporations (who value “diversity” just below profits) got to place representatives at the highest levels to make decisions about the BSA.
