Almost anything is edible if you deep fry it.

If they’re like other carp, they’re okay if properly cleaned. There are some tutorials around the Web on how to clean them. Carp are also alright properly prepared and canned.

Yes, but lots of small bones. Best smoked or canned, so I've heard. Hey, can them as part of the EBT crowd's permitted food allowance!
