Everybody can easily judge [Moreno] but honestly they never knew who he was, Garcia said. He deserves justice as much as the dog does. He got justice, more justice than he and his Homie friends give anyone else. And I recon the vast majority of people agree with the councilwoman. People are fed up with these low life gang bangers.
