Thousands of aborted, miscarried babies in U.K. incinerated as ‘clinical waste’ and heating fuel

More than 15,000 aborted and miscarried babies in the U.K. were incinerated as "clinical waste" a shocking new report has uncovered with some fetal remains even used to heat hospitals.

Ten of Britain's National Health Service trusts have admitted to lumping together the remains with other hospital waste in incinerators over the last two years, the Telegraph reported.

Two other NHS trusts have admitted to using the human remains to generate power for heat at "waste-to-energy" plants.

One of those plants at Ipswich Hospital — said to be responsible for burning 1,101 remains between 2011 and 2013 — was allegedly operating privately using another hospital's remains and without Ipswich's knowledge.

From the nation that led the world in human rights causes - abolition of slavery and the slave trade.
All the work and prayer and patience of William Wilberforce, and Britain returns to this.
Thank you, William, for a couple hundred years' of sanity - may God have mercy on us.

Remains and other pathology specimens would be terrible fuel for an incinerator as they are very liquidy... this wasn’t done to generate heat for the hospitals it was done to avoid paying for medical waste disposal which is very costly.. incineration at very high temps is a clean way to dispose of such waste and a hospital generates a lot of it, most of it plastic which would be good fuel, the simplest way to recapture the benefit of the incinerator would be heating water or generating electricity. Babies aborted or miscarried at 20 weeks or under aren’t even normally sent to pathology that is usually reserved for babies 20+ weeks along.

Is this really more shocking than throwing remains down an industrial garbage disposal, it’s illegal to put medical waste into the sewer systems but that is how most abortion facilities avoid paying for medical waste disposal.

The thought I immediately had was how much energy could they even garner from the specimens? Their explanation does not hold water.

This is something you would expect to hear out of Nazi Germany.

Pathology specimens would be in jars of “formalin” which is usually in concentrations of 10% to 25% ,, at higher concentrations it would be flammable... this is not good fuel,, this is just a cost savings measure on whatever the UK equivalent of “stericycle” is. ,, to just point out the fetal remains paints the wrong picture ,, I’m sure they’re incinerating biopsy specimen , every cancerous tumor and every diabetics limb that they remove to save costs ... This is the “national health” and they will do anything to save costs.

How numb are we to the ghoul’s who have no problem with all this. Human rights are for those who have power..Anyone else is vunerable with the weakest among us, the very old and the very young, being the most vunerable..We are now being classified according to whether we are convenient to the idolitries of those in power. This cannot last forever. Eventually, the hedonistic culture will collapse or be defeated through war. That is inevitable in any society which worships the “created” or the material, rather than the Creator. Unrestrained human nature always drifts down to the banal..power, money and all kinds and varieties of sexual pleasure without consequences. Mother Nature and God have a problem with that kind of living and, eventually, consequences will come.

Next thing you know, you will find out that they are recycling human remains as food.

But that’s something you would only ever see in some Hollywood movie, right?

The Almighty God is marking our sins. “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.”( Proverbs 14:34). He will not be mocked by the deformed moral characters leading the West.

It will be very interesting to find out if pathology specimens are also disposed of in this manner at hospitals in other parts of Europe--especially in Germany, where people want to get away from nuclear power and using pathology specimens as biofuel for power plants to generate electricity for the hospital next door may not be such a far-fetched idea.

On judgment day, there will be millions of tiny voices...crying out for justice on those that promulgated the abortion industry...and for mercy for those that tried to stop it. My 2cents

It (unfortunately) is "clinical waste". You don't want to put it in a plastic bag and tote it off to the land fill. The "burning babies" to heat the hospital is just stupid media "hype". At 98% water, there is no "heating value". Strip away all this and the real dilemma appears.

What is an aborted fetus? Is it so much medical waste, or is it a person? Here comes the same question back to haunt us. If it is a "person" then it must be buried or incinerated to ashes and disposed of, legally. In the USA, that would mean about 1.6 million necessary burials per year. But the progressives cannot admit it is "human", so the alternative is to treat it as medical waste. What this shows is the absolute inhuman stance of progressives.

We need to strip these stories of the "bling" and keep focused on the basics of the problem. (And there IS a problem!)
