At first glance, it looks like the right thing has happened. Victims of Islamic Terrorism will receive compensation for their losses. Hopefully this is not overturned or dragged out for the next 48 years till all participants have died.

A similar ruling in the US a few months ago, though the appeals will take years. Fortunately our nation has had the good sense to unfreeze Iranian assets, so with luck our Iranian friends will be able to get their assets out before a final ruling. If it goes against them, Obama will talk to the Iranians about it.
It can’t go against them. Obama will have a talk with the judiciary about its archaic independence from the executive, as outdated as the 10th and 2nd Amendments. We now know that the executive branch is absolutely trustworthy, and the federal government as well, so nobody needs all those silly checks and balances. Send down your wisdom from on high, oh One./s
