Teacher tells police 3 men cursed him in Arabic before the assualt; French vigilant group against anti-Semitsm reports incident.
A Jewish teacher from Paris told police that three men had assaulted and cursed him in Arabic before drawing a swastika on his chest.
The attack occurred on Thursday night, according to a report by the Drancy-based Bureau for National Vigilance Against Anti-Semitism, a watchdog group known as BNVCA.
They pressed him to the wall and hit his face, around the eyes and on his chest, the report said. The blows broke his nose and deformed it, according to the report.
One of the perpetrators opened the victims shirt and with a black marker drew a swastika on the mans bare chest, BNVCA president Sammy Ghozlan wrote in the BNVCA report.
The victim, who was wearing a kippah at the time of the attack, was identified as K. Richard. He was treated for a broken nose and lacerations on his face on Thursday night.
He told police that the three men whoa attacked him appeared to be of North African descent and were in their twenties. They cornered him as he was exiting a kosher restaurant on Manin Street in Paris 19th arrondissement, near the Gare du Nord train station.
The shouted death to the Jews and called him dirty Jew in French and also shouted insults in Arabic which Richard did not understand, the BNVCA report said.
Richards cries for help drew the attention of a passerby. The perpetrators fled as he approached, the report read.
BNVCA has recorded a spate of anti-Semitic incidents in France in recent weeks.
The SPCJ security unit of French Jewish communities recorded 423 anti-Semitic incidents in 2013 a 31-percent drop from the 614 incidents recorded in 2012.
But the number of incidents reported last year is still eight percent higher than in 2011, Roger Cukierman, president of the CRIF umbrella group of French Jewish communities, said earlier this month during an interview for BMFTV.
So we are talking about a decrease, but on the contrary, there is growth. Behind the figures there is a difficult climate, he said.
The press, filled with leftists, always use such attacks as proof of a rising “far right” always ignoring that the people who commit such antisemitism are of a leftists nature.
‘Wonder what the Sunday people will do then, they’ll be the target of the Friday people.’
I like the way that is phrased. It really hits the point in a rhetorically succinct way.
And they never mention that they are Muslims.
WHEN do you think the “muslim immigration to France” started? (Think before 1970’s).
Those evil Gauls. ;-)
[This is to make a point about antisemitism committed by Europeans in European countries—not for the purpose of counting to determine military strength or to otherwise decide between being good or bad.]
After Israel and the U.S.A., there are more Jewish people in France than any of the other countries (followed by Canada, the U.K., Russia, Argentina, Germany and others in that order). There are very few in Italy or Spain (way down the list).
Racial studies are an inclusive waste of time. We’re all very mixed (all of the nations—no exceptions). Divisions in sentiments are between souls and only somewhat between religions and nations, as we see them. Influential fascists are highly mobile in this world for now. Because of increasing fascism again in this world, it’s likely that no good people will be safe in the near future.
So there go the Greko-Roman-Turkish theories.
I’m guessing the Moslem migration started in the mid-1950s, when France began letting go of African colonies like Morocco and Tunisia. When people emigrate from Third World countries, their first choice on where to go is often the Western nation that used to rule them. That’s why you see so many Indians in the UK, and so many Filipinos in the US.
This is actually sort of funny, when one considers that a lot of Jewish people vote for these socialists leaders in the first place, the very leaders that end up bringing in these Islamist’s that end up attacking them....
Obama is a case in point.
What is missing from this news story is any statement from the French police, or judicial authorities. There is not even an exact location and time of the incident, for an appeal to witnesses.
In Sweden also the Muslim immigrants are attacking Jews, trying to force them out of the country. Malmo is a horrible example.
Yes Obama too, what many do not realize is the NAZI’s were socialists, not far right wingers.
