VOTING MACHINE IRREGULARITIES CLAIMED IN TWO BORDER COUNTY DEMOCRAT PRIMARIES

Claims of voting machine irregularities have been made to county election officials in two Democrat Primaries in Hidalgo and El Paso Counties following the 2014 Joint Primary Election.

In Hidalgo County, The McAllen Monitor reports that at least twelve candidates from the March 4th Democrat Primary to the County CommissionersÂ’ Court have requested the County launch a forensic audit of the voting machines used in the election.

In one of the letters obtained by Breitbart Texas dated March 12th, it was alleged, “…that numerous inconsistencies and discrepancies have appeared in our analysis of each candidate’s races.

We therefore ask that a forensic expert inspect each voting machine to ensure that they have not malfunctioned or been subjected to fraud or tampering.”

The CommissionersÂ’ Court declined to address the issue during their regular Tuesday morning session according to local reports. However, two hours after the meeting an announcement was made that there would be a special meeting Friday to consider the issue, according to The Monitor.

One of the letters was signed by ten candidates who are running for various local judicial and state representative offices. Two other candidates sent individual letters.

Copies of the three letters plus an additional letter from Martin Golando, an attorney for the twelve candidates were obtained by Breitbart Texas and are attached at the bottom of this article. The letters from the candidates were not specific as to the allegations of irregularities. The letters contain phrases like “numerous inconsistencies and discrepancies” or “rumblings of irregularities.” The Golando letter, however, was more specific in the accusations of irregularities. Golando states in his letter that he has been approached by the 12 candidates to take immediate legal action in pursuing immediate relief.

“Individual voters have indicated that in casting their vote using Hidalgo CountyÂ’s voting machines, their vote for a particular candidate was changed by the voting machine; this happened repeatedly throughout the county,” Golando stated in the letter. --------- Maybe those 'burnt up' electronic vote machines in that warehouse fire in Houston were re-purposed.

‘Inspect voting machines’ = ‘Rig voting machines so the voter can’t see the switch’.

I was thinking we had a grip on electronic voting in TX, guess not.

We could all email Abbott, his staff is quick to return inquiries.

The GOP should be doing all it can to prevent vote fraud, NOW. It’s the Dem’s only hope in NOV.

Voter fraud is a well-established tradition in South Texas. That’s how LBJ got elected.

A couple months ago, I was (really) shocked that these electronic tabulators could be queried by county clerks, i.e., tabulating early vote counts for who.

We need to find this model, as, again, that Houston warehouse fire a few years ago no doubt unleashed upon us some very ‘impartial’ voting machines.

Alice, TX. Everybody is so organized as to line up in the polls alphabetically. That’s some community organization.

“This employee had access to the county’s information technology department inclusive of information and resources. Also, we have evidence that this particular employee admitted to manipulating the 2006 election results. "

Wait, what? Why is this person still allowed to even work in this area? He's admitted to ... aw hell, it's not even worth my breath anymore.

Teacher317:" The GOP should be doing all it can to prevent vote fraud, NOW. It’s the Dem’s only hope in NOV."

We need to go back to a "paper trail" rather than the untraceable electronic 'fudge numbers' system which we have now.
And we need to have someone , other than a Soros organization, counting the votes !
Let's call it what it is : VOTE FRAUD !!

It became obvious to me during the Clinton Gang’s time in office. They didn’t even try very hard to hide it and it has gotten worse since.

I don’t trust those machines FOR A MOMENT.

I realize that we all live in a technological age and I’m an old fart for thinking that a computer might not be perfect. But I can see two lines of code that would flip over elections and they just don’t seem very hard to write: Essentially, it would go like this - add up all presidential votes for Paul, multiply by 0.9, add up all president votes for Clinton, multiply by 1.111; round each value to nearest whole number.

That’s it...same number of votes, but different results. If you go a step further, you would have that section of code only operate only once when the votes are tallied and then go away. Do a recount, you get the results from each machine, not the process used to generate the results...so recounts are useless.

Texas is a WEALTHY state, we can afford some kind of paper trail - such as a printout showing who you voted for that gets dropped in a box when you leave the polling place. But, like many other conservative causes, we don’t even discuss issues like this here.

Exactly! Otherwise, move along....nothing to see, here. (And, the spineless Pubbies typically go along.)
