He’s 23 and she was 15? This was not “boyfriend/girlfriend”, this was RAPIST/VICTIM, and now, murder! Where the **** was the “mother” while this mess was progressing???

If all of the statements about the defendant are true, and were before he killed his girlfriend, then any sane judge would have had him arrested for possession of a firearm since he was already guilty of a felony assault, and was making threats of violence.
Need more information on the judge, and then how to get rid of him.
