I’m not disputing that this could have been terrorism, although now they are saying the flight may have turned back which, to me, would indicate it had some problems (could still be terrorists I suppose).
But where are the credit takers? In a case like this doesn’t the group claim credit for what it did and give its motivation?
They didn’t hijack it for those usual reasons. Instead they wanted access to chips imo.
I'm assuming it wasn't a hijacking because I figured that probably wouldn't have resulted in the sudden, catastrophic demise of the aircraft.
