For the second time in as many weeks, first lady Michelle Obama will make a stop in South Florida this week.
Obama will visit a health center in Miami on Wednesday afternoon to highlight the work of hospitals and what they're doing to educate their patients about the Affordable Care Act and how they can get insurance.

There is precedent for it. I recall many years ago in a case regarding HUD out west somewhere IIRC. It had actually sued local individuals about their protests of building some sort of a low-income housing project or something. They succeeded in silencing the opponents by tying them up in court.
With Sebelius' hundreds of instances of "...at the Secretary's discretion....." built into the law, it would be easy for her or her replacement (at Obama's direction) to make up, interpret, and effectively legislate anything she (Obama) wants.
In the end, ObamaCare protesters will be treated like Pro-Lifers.
I think this is a corporal work of mercy: visiting the sick. While there she will be distributing inexpensive digital cameras to the patients so they can take selfies...following her husband’s fine example.
We were going to fly over to the east coast of Florida that day and my hubby said “there’s a 30 mile tfr in that area” I wonder why”. Thanks for answering that question..kinda figured it was another taxpayer expense paid trip for the royalty. Good Lord why can’t they stay put for a while!
