Wow. There seems to be a concerted effort on FR to label any Ukrainian seeking freedom as a Nazi, and siding with Putin. Nice job, disruptors!
The Ukrainian situation cannot be simplified into the sound bites most Americans expect to be spoon fed. It’s much more complicated. Add in the Russian disinformation and it gets more confusing.
What is your agenda?

Propaganda uses something called “blood liable.” Those people on the other side kidnap and eat our babies. They must be killed without mercy. They’re not human. Accusing somebody of being a Nazi or racist is similar. First, label them. Make them different and inferior in every way. The very fact that Putin has engaged the propaganda machinery tells us what his intentions are. We’ll probably see a WWII level style of killing.
Also, the same people siding with the Western Ukrainian “Freedom Fighters” (Obama, Soros, Nuland, Kerry, etc) are the same people who sided with Al Qaeda in Syria and Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt. Why shouldn’t we be suspicious when Obama picks sides?

The problem is that most of those repeating the propaganda talking points are merely mindless parrots, useful idiots, who “want to stop Obama from starting a war with Russia”.
I haven’t seen enough to make that call. I’m open to reading more if you have sources.

Therein lies the lesson we should pay close attention to. When the consent of the governed is withdrawn, chaos reigns and the prepared & merciless will fast take advantage of it.

I choose the American People’s Side. I know the American People have made mistakes and so has Israel but I will choose these two first as my favorites for where we are headed.
