I thought that there were reports that it wasn’t going to be appealed. Oh, well, off to the Ninth Circus again.
This is pretty much destined for the USSC, given the split in Circuits and given the Heller and McDonald cases. The latter 2 dealt with the “keep” portion of the RKBA; this deals rather explicitly with the “bear” part. Since it is virtually impossible to get either a concealed or an open carry license in Kalifornia, this is about the best possible case that we could have. If the USSC stays consistent to its rulings and analysis of Heller and McDonald, then this is a win for us.
If the appeal goes forward and they put the weight of the full 9th, ain’t no doubt it will overturned. Then it “might” go to the supremes.

i have never in my lifetime seen such skin color obsession and it comes from the left. melanin content would be one of the last things that defines a person. everyone is “diverse”. what the heck is wrong in the head with these people? (rhetorical, liberalism is a mental disorder-savage)
