Here's the problem with this....the percent of daily nutrition. Say for example a food adds Vitamin C to provide "100% of the daily requirement". Now, if a "serving" is something bigger, they can add less of that vitamin and still be at 100%.

Plus, it's dumb. Calling too much food a serving does not encourage people to eat less. Call the smaller amount a "suggested serving" and let the consumer take it from there.
