“BTW, my remark was aimed at the cow holding the rainbow sign not anyone here. Should have been clearer.”

No worries...knew exactly what you meant.
Before our Federal Politicians stuck a “Left Fork” into our Constitution, the sign in the window that read: “The owner of this establishment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.” was held to be the Owner’s Fair notice of his protected Freedom of Choice.
Caving to social degenerates and the Politically Correct Power Establishment - DISGUSTING.
She apparently has no core beliefs in social values.
I wish she’d ridden a long time ago, like before she ran for SoS. It’s rare when I take an instant dislike to someone when I meet them and I must admit she’s a rare individual, even for a politician. And her smarmy husband.
(And, most likely, the horse she rode in on.)
;^)
I was thinking the same thing...I forgot the sarcasm tag on my comment.
It's already here. It will get much worse.
‘Salright. I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw the picture last night.
GMTA and all....
Disagree. That staute would have been ultimately used against us. Putting aside the fact the Fed Courts would have enjoined it as unconstitutional, some on the Right are myopic to think this was bad. Glad she vetoed it. Smart woman. We need more.
Nope, none. Her life is going to suck after she leaves office and there's nobody left to pander to.

“One more such victory, and we shall be undone.”
Is there a reason that you feel a need to twice post your opinion of how correct Brewer is?
I’d love to hear why it is unconstitutional, given that it essentially repeats the first amendment protection of religious belief.
Homosexual activists are using the laws of various states to attack Christian business owners. Why is it wrong to tell them that a religious business owner can follow his beliefs?
I think the point was it’s not politically savvy to stand up for religious principles at this time. I disagree pretty strongly, as I think a lot of people on FR do.
They should take a page out of the Democrat’s playbook and just reintroduce the bill when they don’t have to worry about losing the superbowl.
The bill seems like it was vaguely worded but I’m no law expert.
I heard that Arizona already has laws on this book where you can’t have a situation as in Colorado where a baker is sued for not baking a “gay wedding cake”. The “Sexual Persuasion” class is not protected in Arizona as in some other places.
Still, the way we are being bullied with the law, one has to be concerned.
It is true that Arizona does not give homosexuals protected status, so a lawsuit such as the NM baker’s one would probably fail. However, the courts are not known for following the law very well, so having the legislature spell it out in black and white sometimes helps.
Many Arizona laws exist to prevent overreach by the judiciary. That is because judges try to ignore the plain meaning of the law as much in Arizona as they do elsewhere.
It’s already here. It will get much worse.

You are correct.
The idiot is an alleged former prosecutor and big grubment cheerleader.
