There is now little doubt that the Girl Scout cookie boycott is having an effect on cookie sales this year.
Girl Scout spokesman Kelly Parisi went on The O’Reilly Factor this week to try and defuse the mounting controversy, and Girl Scout executives have sent threatening letters to their critics.
Girl Scout CEO Anna Marie Chavez took to YouTube on Thursday to deny all charges leveled by the boycotters and to deny at least one charge they haven’t even made.
“Recently, various individuals and organizations announced their intention to boycott GS cookies this year, based on mistaken beliefs about our movement," Chavez said. "These same individuals also believe the Girl Scouts has become too political.”
“We do not now, nor have we ever, had a relationship with Planned Parenthood," she claimed. "Girl Scouts of the USA believes that reproductive issues are deeply private issues best left to families. I find it unsettling that anyone would use the Girl Scout brand to have very adult conversations. A box of Girl Scout cookies is not a political statement.”

That’s the way the Girl Scout cookie crumbles. None for us until they disavow associations with supporters like PP and other leftist orgs.
Money is power.
Deny them money, and they lose power and influence.
Deny them your daughters’ presence and your daughters’ minds, and they lose everything.
Same with any other organization that wants to erase the values you teach your children.
Parents are and always will be the first line of defense against leftard bullsh*t. That is why the left tries to get children at younger and younger ages.

I can’t fathom why you would capitulate to supporting such a vile group. Just reading the ingredients makes them inedible.
if they need to sell tons of cheaply made cookies and force the girls to sell sell sell then that business model stinks....

I love my wife first and formost. She likes ThinMnts if I can do something small like buying her favorite cookie then I will do it. I think most Freepers have nothing better to do than complain. If you do not like my motive ofshowing love and respect for my bride then you are just what you protend to dislike, a vile hater. Or as my alter ego would declsre “a steaming pile of vile bovine excrement.”
Grow up take to the streets do something possitive about your displeasure or STFU.

You must be very bored. Who cares what these groups give their money to. Every time you walk out of your door you are donating to your perceived enemies.
Send photos of you standing next to the cookie table at the local supermarket or box store. Maybe you can stalk some Girl Scouts going door to door selling their wares. Protest by all means but post the evidence. You won’t because you sing to the choir, and spew your views from your keyboard.
Values, standards of acceptable behavior, aretaught at home in church and in the schools. Where and what are you teaching because I can bet uou are doing nothing but cutting and pasting cookie diagramd on Free Republic.
