Ukraine's parliament is seeking to take charge, appoint new leaders and schedule a new presidential election by May.

What money do you propose ‘we” send?” Last I checked, we were bankrupt, with $200 trillion in debt (counting unfunded liabilities, according to non-corrupt financial experts)
