Still ... your footage is selective and does not address the footage of hundreds of people, milling around allegedley at the time of the incident or shortly thereafter.
If I had lost a child and I saw that video and could verify the time stamp as a potentially LIFE SAVING element ... there ain't enough money on the planet to waylay my anger at every agency there that was supposed to be addressing a gunman/shooter/my child ... and every ONE of them are bullshittin' with each other.

Everything you see on the ground there was verified by realtime police dispatches which were not faked. There were independent eyewitnesses — neighbors and parents and kids.
What you are looking at in the tape is long after the event when the word went out that everyone inside was dead and there would be no rescue. They knew the car belonged to the shooter.
Because there was a lot of blood and carnage inside the LE did not want a whole lot of people traipsing through it.
The people in that video are just milling around because there is nothing for them to do — no one to rescue — no one to save.
Is it really that hard to comprehend????
