Today our local school system, am in Central Ky., shut down 2 hours early because there was a forecast that said we might get rain and then snow. As of 3:30am we have maybe an inch of snow which was laid down after dark. The teachers here are lousy and now they are not even good babysitters.
Mayoral decree “ban all magic wands, fairy dust and magic eight balls”
Blabio's cockeyed decision to keep schools open shows his vaunted animosity for productive, well-to-do parents........in favor of those who use schools as baby-sitters.

NOT YET READY FOR PRIMETIME Clueless NYC Schools (gag) Chancellor Carmen Farina's response to the blinding snowstorm: Its absolutely a beautiful day out there, she beamed...flashing a sap-happy smile to the camer
Within minutes of wrapping up the Mayor's presser, Fariña bailed out of the bldg. A short time later, Fariñas office announced that her town hall meeting in Brownsville, Brooklyn, was canceled due to inclement weather.
CONCLUSION: D-U-H-VERSITY-OBSESSED BLABIO PROMOTED FARINA TO CHANCELLOR B/C HE LIKED THE WAY SHE CLEANED SCHOOL TOILETS

So.... you think ditzy City Schools Chancellor Carmen Fariña's sap-happy remark that a blinding snowstorm was, in her words, "a beautiful day" is looney-tune time?
Here's what she told the City Council according to NY post reports.
Testifying in favor of universal pre-K, Fariña, gave a truly bizarre statement: The grade at which we look at incarceration in the future is third grade. Third-grade reading scores nationally are the grade by which jails are chosen to be built.
This information stunned the chamber, but apparently for the wrong reason the members plainly took it as face value, when its self-evidently absurd:
Few if any governments across the country do anything like that kind of long-term planning when it comes to prisons, which after all dont take that long to build.
Its hard to say whether or not the ditz knew she was peddling a myth or which would be worse.
The party of the first part, in conjunction with the party of the second part concedes the party of the third part, separate from the party of the first part and the party of the second part and further defines the party of the second part as amended June 28, 1887, thus; All parties shall be part and parcel of each party and their parts forthwith and evermore.
“However, in NYC the citizens don’t accept such excuses for snow response.”
New Yorkers, get what they knowingly vote for (a communist),
and then gripe about what they get (communism). An incompetent
fool leader for a foolish electorate.
Its hard to say whether or not the ditz knew she was peddling a myth
When will we stop giving these people any credit for being anything other than what they are: Stupid, mendacious scum.
These people are absolute, batshit nutz. And they’re in charge. God help us back to reality.
Everybody blames the weatherman. I heard it many times. What? Only 5 inches? The weatherman said 6. lol. Nobody likes or believes the weatherman anymore. More times then not, they are wrong.
Just like in the former Soviet Union.

Oh of course they get who the voted for, but when his snow response suck, he will be replaced. They will elect communist, and keep him, if he can handle snow removal.
When New Yorkers elected Hillary as Senator twice it was clear that they had fallen into California Grade "Bat-S**t Crazy" territory.
I failed third grade because I couldn’t read that well... Thank God for spell check...The teacher said I would not make it through forth grade unless I could read better.. I love her. She will always be my favorite teacher...
I hope Mayor De Blasio will note that NYC mayors in the past were voted out the first chance the city could get when they prove to be incompetent in snow removal and response.
In the past they would be kicked out. If another election was held today, Blasio would win again.
