I’m all for Tesla succeeding. Provided that there is no government financial support or subsidies given to them.

Not to beat a dead horse, or a dead gas-powered car, but as I and other Fool contributors have mentioned many times, demand for Tesla's vehicles is far greater than production.
LOL Yeah I distinctly remember walking back to the house after starting my dead old gas powered car in -20 degree weather. Boy I sure wish I had a Tesla. Then I wouldn't have to worry about it warming up....or having heat.

Telsa makes a pick up that will carry 5 people and tow 30,000 pounds?? If not, I won’t buy it.

If I had the spare cash, I would buy one as a toy, they sound like they would be a blast to drive as long as it is a warm day and less than 100 miles.

I suggest to everyone here who bashed Tesla....go drive one. It is quite an experience. It may take “too long” for some when it comes to charging but it really isn’t that bad when you consider most peoples travel habits. As battery tech improves this will only get better.
I’d LOVE one.
