Undercover deputies in Lake County have arrested 22 men in an underage sex sting, including three employees at Walt Disney World, and one man who brought a Happy Meal with him to meet what he thought was a girl between 12 and 14 years old.
The list of suspects arrested in what Sheriff Gary Borders called "Operation Be Mine" -- just in time for Valentine's Day -- also included a man who worked at a miniature golf course, a paramedic, and a member of the National Guard.
A Walt Disney World spokesperson told News 13 the three employees arrested in the sting have been placed on unpaid leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
"I've got a condom in my back pocket," one man was heard saying on surveillance video from the scene. He was one of the nearly two dozen men caught by surprise as they arrived at a home expecting to meet an underage girl for sex, only to find deputies in uniform waiting for them.
Another man brought a bag filled with candy bars, beer and male sexual enhancement pills.
Sheriff Borders said the men were prowling Facebook and other websites that are popular among underage children.

What a bunch of sickos.
It’s a good to see their arrest fact sheets published. Public humiliation and jail time are justly deserved by these predators.
Parents take note. Social sites are not for children.
You reap what you sow. Now we have a society that is nearly completely out of control, unquenchably burning in passion for ANYBODY, men, women, children, animals, doesn't matter now, just as long as you have “love”.
We are now in deep, deep weeds as a society.
This is much like shooting fish in a barrel. Even small town police departments are able to get several serious felony busts a year just by trolling the Internet for pervs.
But it raises an interesting possibility.
Why not troll for Muslim terrorists the same way?
While considerably more deadly, even a secret undertaking, a rural town could set up an irresistible trap for such murderers, in such a way that they would have to cross several obstacles and checkpoints to reach it, only to be walking into an ambush, where all their weapons and explosives, even a car bomb, would avail them not.
And then they would just disappear. And our nation, and the world as a whole, would be better for their absence. Likewise their sentence would be without appeal or friends in the White House, even if they were from an influential Saudi family.
It would all begin with a rumor on the Internet, something like George W. Bush, Benjamin Netanyahu, Salman Rushdie and Hirsh Ali all meeting for a long weekend in a cabin in the woods, without any bodyguards or other security.

This kind of thing is going on everywhere. We are just a skip and a hop from being as bad as the Roman Empire right before the fall. Wasn’t it the Roman Emperor, Tiberius, who amused himself with young teens and children, requiring them to perform the most leud sex acts imaginable for his pleasure, raping some of them himself, both boys and girls, and then, getting a bigger thrill tossing some of them off a cliff to their deaths if they displeased him in any way? There is no depth to this kind of human depravity and these men should be severely punished.

Naa, I’m a parent, not a child, I don’t make friends with creeps, and I’m not impressed or intimidated by “badges.” Good luck though.
If you were somebody desiring sex with children, where would YOU go to work? Someplace where you interact with kids, or an office where the only people you see are adults?
If you can’t take the heat stay out of the kitchen. I suggest you perhaps temper you remarks in the future. Problem with someone questioning you when you insult them?
I think the list of female teachers in jail for having a relationship with underage kids is WAY longer than it is for male teachers.
I never had a male teacher who was ‘funny’. They were actually better educators than my female teachers.

I didn’t mean to offend anyone. I had two male teachers that were molesters - that is to say I was the target of their affection - so I tend to view all of them (unmarried male teachers) with a hairy eye, and of course my son has a very affectionate 40 year old teacher who is a “bachelor.”

No, I can take the heat. I’m not a policeman, I’m just your average run-of-the-mill parent and serviceman who doesn’t rest or post on laurels. Just like my brother, a cop who never chose to unzip the “former such and such,” which basically means you don’t get tickets like us plebians. Yes, I am deeply distrustful of unmarried male educators. I’ll stay in the kitchen, you can go. Enjoy your retirement and don’t forget to thank a taxpayer!
