Roberts is not an anti America, left wing maggot.

He appears to fit right in with most of us on FR.

http://marcroberts67.com/

He had better be as clean as the driven snow in Utah’s great ski areas.

If not, NAS/FBI/IRS and Holder’s Thugs will be releasing everything Roberts, his family and wife has done since they were born.

Basis alleged mass violations of the Fourth Amendment...

...the local Sheriff moves in mid-day on a weekday, rounds up all of the employees, cordons off the building as a crime scene under investigation, boots everybody else out...

...records are located and confiscated by the Sheriff as evidence...

...charges are ultimately filed, with many employees being charged as accessories, co-conspirators, etc...

Just a matter of HOW to orchestrate this, is all...

Republicans in Maryland are trying the same action.

Lights Out for NSA? Maryland Lawmakers Push to Cut Water, Electricity to Spy Agency Headquarters
US News and World Report ^ | 2/10/2014 | Steven Nelson

The National Security Agency’s headquarters in Ft. Meade, Md., will go dark if a cohort of Maryland lawmakers has its way.

Eight Republicans in the 141-member Maryland House of Delegates introduced legislation Thursday that would deny the electronic spy agency “material support, participation or assistance in any form” from the state, its political subdivisions or companies with state contracts.

The bill would deprive NSA facilities water and electricity carried over public utilities, ban the use of NSA-derived evidence in state courts and prevent state universities from partnering with the NSA on research.

The piece evokes skepticism. How much federal funding does Utah get from the federal government for the many programs it participates in? Most folks in state assemblies are commies at least as much as those in Congress.

Yeah... There was a day when States rights were key. Unfortunately with 50 years of communist educators in the federal indoctrination camps known as public schools glorifying marxism and the antichrist living in the White House, it’s not likely anyone will enforce any new legislation to protect our rights if they’re not enforcing what’s already on the books.

Probably a LOT of fiber in/out of the center. Satellite and microwave just wouldn’t provide the bandwidth for a place such as that. I would think that a mob armed with cable cutters would make short work of the place.

While I care about and respect the 4th Amendment, my big question is: who gave them the water rights to 1.7 million gallons of water PER DAY? That was either a secret court order from Washington (and Utah is just catching on that they have zero authority to do that) or it was the result of some secret vote where the legislature took all kinds of illegal shortcuts.

I should've listened to my grandfather, who said: "Want to be a millionaire in a western state? Be a water lawyer."

I thought that Obama already declared all interstate waterways as federally controlled.

EPA Stealthily Propels Toward ‘Massive Power Grab of Private Property Across the U.S..

The proposed rule, obtained by the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee in advance of EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy’s testimony at a Thursday oversight hearing, widely broadens the definition of waterways over which the federal government has jurisdiction to as little as a water ditch in a backyard.

The Clean Water Act redefinition of “waters of the United States” would include all ponds, lakes, wetlands and natural or manmade streams that have any effect on downstream navigable waters — whether on public lands or private property.

EPA preparing to unleash a deluge of new regulations

“The EPA’s draft water rule is a massive power grab of private property across the U.S. This could be the largest expansion of EPA regulatory authority ever,” Texas Republican Rep. Lamar Smith. “If the draft rule is approved, it would allow the EPA to regulate virtually every body of water in the United States, including private and public lakes, ponds and streams.”

Obama will just declare the water to be federally controlled and send troops to protect the water supply for the NSA.

On the heels of this proposal, the local Environmental bureau should begin taking a page from leftists and attacking he installation claiming thermal pollution. Surely the water is supposed to be used for cooling the massive electronic infrastructure. A local finding that excessively warm water discharged into the local facilities constitutes an unlawful thermal level. Warm water discharges in volumes larger than the largest private business should be required to cool it sufficiently before discharging it into state or local facilities.

It simply protects us against unreasonable and unwarranted searches or seizures of our persons, private residencies and property, documents and information and personal and private belongings.

They might seem  unreasonable and unwarranted to YOU; but the GOV'T sure doesn't think so!
