I do think that will happen sooner rather than later. If the govn. can “force” you to buy health insurance, they can dictate to power companies to keep their customers at “x” temperature since the power company will have the ability to do that, and will, and force you to do it or put a penalty on you just like they can put a penalty on you for not buying medical insurance.

This is the communist way - everyone gets “x”, except for the communists who run the system - they can have anything they want.
