When the Mann lawsuit started, there was a lot of conservative bluster about how much fun could be had during discovery. The blusterers seemed to presume that Steyn would receive a fair trial. Ask Scooter Libby about how fair the D.C. courts are to prominent conservatives in political show trials.
I doubt that Scooter has the gift of gab and descriptive language that Mark has!
