That’s what I think of - the New Orleans/ hurricane debacle that HE arranged (not the storm, of course, but the shameful response). Should have been tarred and feathered.

They should’ve thrown in a charge of criminal negligence for letting those hundreds of buses sit in parking lots while Katrina came rolling in.

Regarding pardon...... wasn’t this state court?

Governor Jindal is not likely to pardon.

I would think that the IRS should now be after him for federal tax fraud that the state convicted him for

( I know.... the last sentence is better suited for the Friday Silliness thread)

Just in general when it comes to these 20 to 30 indictment type charges that Federal prosecutors announce from court steps....

I have a huge problem with these, just speaking in general terms, not with anybody particularly in mind, just anybody period

When you have a Federal prosecutor standing on the court steps reading off dozens of charges, it almost doesn`t even matter if you are guilty or innocent

The prosecutor knows he is over charging in any case, so its a uphill climb to come out with a not guilty on all counts, even if you are totally innocent

Was not defending Ray N, just saying
