Some company with some cojones out there needs to fire a bunch of people, say openly “Yes, it was because of Obamacare”, and then file a 14th. Amendment suit when they do not get their waiver.

Companies that can afford to do so will just gradually phase out their USA based operations and escape to a less oppressive country.
Just like Mag-Pul has decided to Escape From Colorado.

We have 107 employees. CIO/CEO/COO in the elevator laughed at BHO extending Obamacare to 2016 for companies with 50-99 people. CEO said, "we need to fire 8 people I guess to delay this abomination for a year".
I said, "I'll get you the names of employees with Obama stickers tommorrow morning"
